A New Realization · 2007-11-01 23:42 by Jake Kauffman

Yesterday I concluded that I never want to get to the point in life in which I would not be able to lose everything that I owned and start over again.

  1. I think that really happens at two points in life. The first is when you are too old and weak to actually provide for yourself. There really isn’t too much you can do about that. The second situation in which this happens is when you hold on too much to your earthly possessions, when you decide you need them to survive. So if you keep in mind that God has given you everything you have and use it to glorify Him and remember that we are aliens in this world then you shouldn’t have that problem, unless you get old.
